The operator attaches the object to a metal or rubber template fixed to the hole in the top lid of the signalling machine. The marking shall be made with a short pulse of abrasive. The length of the pulse and the air pressure can be adjusted.

The device is controlled by either a foot switch or a manual switch.

The marking blasting machine is a compact bench-top device with closed circulation of the blasting medium.

In the basic version it is equipped with a dust leakage filter. Connection of a hood is recommended. On the panel there is a main switch and a dial for setting the pulse parameters.

The device is available in either a single or double version.

The usable diameter of the track is approx. 20 mm. It is possible to sign both flat and shaped products (with the appropriate head).
