Save time and improve efficiency with the BubbleEx roller

The BubbleEx roller is an essential tool when working with photosensitive films, especially after stencil application. This roller is used to perforate the membrane of all photosensitive films, allowing the film to adhere optimally to the substrate (e.g. glass, stone, wood, stainless steel, etc.).

The main advantage of using the BubbleEx roller is that it helps to remove any air that may become trapped between the membrane and the substrate during the stencil application process. This handy feature greatly improves the quality and accuracy of the entire job, as it prevents problems such as air pockets/bubbles that can lead to undesirable effects during subsequent sandblasting.

The use of a wire roller also eliminates problems with underblowing during sandblasting, meaning the process is smoother, faster and more efficient. This leads to a significant reduction in the overall time required to complete the job, saving not only time but also material and labour costs.
