UV glue Loxeal 30-42 50 ml

Extremely fast curing thixotropic UV adhesive. Designed for bonding metal, tinted transparent glass and laminated glass with embedded films .

The adhesive is also suitable for bonding rigid plastics including PC, PMAA, PETG and ABS. Its fast curing speed allows for fast and non-sticky bonding even on coloured substrates that transmit UV light.

Loxeal UV 30-42 has excellent heat and moisture resistance. It cures only in the UV and visible light spectrum (470 nm).

Clean and dry the bonded parts for better bond strength and durability. The polymerisation depends on the wavelength of the UV lamp, the distance from the lamp, the thickness of the adhesive applied, the light transmittance of the bonded parts and the geometry of the joint.

For best results , we recommend using UV lamps capable of emitting UV radiation with wavelengths between 365 nm and 420 nm and a minimum power of 50 mW/cm².

This product is light sensitive; exposure to daylight, UV light and artificial lighting should be minimized during handling.
