After two years, the Glasstec trade show in Düsseldorf is back, and of course we can’t miss it. This year, we’ve also prepared several new products for you for decorating flat glass, packaging glass, and beverage glass.

For tempered glass, we’ll be introducing the new GDS Glass Effect STELLURA. This ceramic paint can be used on its own or to create interesting metallic effects, such as a look that mimics brushed metal.

For designers of packaging, decorative, and beverage glassware, we’ve also developed new effects from the popular HGC line of organic paints. HGC Aqua Drops lets you create a design that mimics water droplets on the surface of the glass. HGC Splatter features an effect that mimics splattered paint.

At our booth, you’ll be able to see both new products, and we’ll be happy to discuss their potential uses and the appropriate technical process for your specific application.

ROLLMAC: JumboGlass 3400 and ColorGlass 600

ROLLMAC will showcase the JumboGlass 3400 for roll-coating large-format glass sheets and the laboratory-scale ColorGlass 600, designed for prototyping and small production runs.

Both machines will be in operation at the trade show. Live demonstrations and testing will also be available upon request.

FERMAC: New Developments in Digital and Screen Printing for Glass Packaging

FERMAC will present technologies for digital and screen printing on glass, plastics, ceramics, and metal.

Among this year’s new products is the Hybrid Digital Printing Machine, which allows users to combine flexible manual feeding for sample production and very small runs with higher-volume production on the same machine.

For screen printing machines, FERMAC will also showcase its integrated Hot Stamping system.

TECGLASS: various solutions for digital printing on flat glass using ceramic inks

TECGLASS will showcase its flagship Vitro Jet series printers and the Side Kinetix software system in full operation. Visitors can look forward to live demonstrations of precision printing with ceramic inks.

Technical specialists will also be on site to provide consultations regarding the integration of these technologies into operations.
