Laser gouging foils allow you to create sandblasting stencils with highly detailed motifs and high cutting precision. The sandblasting stencils created in this way are also suitable for intricately shaped and curved surfaces. As a result, they are used in professional production as well as in craft and creative workshops.

All of our laser foils are PVC-free and meet the requirements for ecological and safe processing. The different types of films differ in particular in terms of adhesion to the substrate, flexibility, thickness of the material and also the method of removal after sandblasting.

Some sandblasting stencils are removed by soaking in water after the job is finished, others allow easy dry peeling. Highly flexible foils designed for sandblasting curved surfaces are also available, as well as thickerfilms suitable for deeper sanding, greater durability and longer stencil life.

How to choose the right foil?

When creating a laser mask, we always recommend taking into account:

A) Type of material:

Different materials such as glass, stone, ceramic or wood require different adhesion and durability of the foil.

B) The required sandblasting depth:

For fine matting, a thinner foil will be sufficient, but for deeper engraving, a thicker foil is preferable.

C) The shape of the surface to be decorated:

Thinner foils adapt easily to curved surfaces, while thicker foils adhere better to flat engraved surfaces.
