PANTONE colour of the year 2024

As has become tradition, PANTONE COLOR INSTITUTE announces the colour of the year every year and this year was no exception.

The colour of the year usually sets trends not only in design and architecture, but also in everyday life. This year, the velvety, soft peach Peach Fuzz 13-1023 was chosen.

Peach Fuzz is a shade that evokes a feeling of kindness and tenderness, bringing a message of care and belonging. It is a warm and warming tone that emphasizes our desire to commune with others or to enjoy a moment of peace and a sense of security.

As is usually the case with PANTONE shades, their colour of the year cannot be prepared, for example, from ceramic colours for tempered glass, because there are no pigments we can use to prepare them.

However, this year we also got carried away by this trend and in our laboratory we have prepared an oragnic colour inspired by this colour of the year in glossy, matt opaque, transparent and transluscent versions.
