NT decals are characterized by high adhesion and excellent print quality. They are suitable for use on porcelain, ceramics, glass, enamel, metals (e.g. bicycle frames), candles, wood, plastics, helmets, skis and other smooth or slightly porous surfaces. It is thus useful in the production of gift items, advertising souvenirs, personalised products or artistic decorations.

One of the greatest advantages of these decals is the possibility of firing in a conventional oven at relatively low temperatures - as low as 150 °C. This allows a wide range of applications without the need to invest in special ovens or equipment.

Condition: The material must be able to withstand a temperature of at least 150 °C.

To increase the adhesion of the decal, especially on smooth and non-porous materials, the activator Aditivum 804516 can be used. This product is used in the form of a 3% solution with distilled or demineralised water and can be applied in two ways:

1. By direct application to the surface to be decorated before applying the decal.
2. By adding it to the water in which the decals are being wetted - thus activating the entire surface of the decal during preparation

Both options help to improve the adhesion of the decal to the substrate and can help to increase its durability in subsequent use.

NT decals are thus a versatile, easy to use and aesthetically very high quality decoration method for professional and home use.

Note: The final durability of the NT decal depends on the type of substrate, the quality of application and the accuracy of the firing. Results may vary depending on the oven (kiln) or material used. We always recommend a test firing. Dishwasher resistance cannot be guaranteed.
