Compact UV illumination unit without vacuum system. Ideal for beginners or small batch production of sandblasting stencils.

If you are planning to produce sandblasting stencils with raster graphics (e.g. photographs), we recommend to choose rather the illumination unit with vacuum, which guarantees illumination without air gaps and significantly improves the overall quality of the resulting illuminations.

Electronic control system to prevent UV tube jitter - Eliminates the effect of UV tube jitter that could affect the quality of the illumination. This makes the illumination more uniform and the time required for illumination is significantly reduced.

Four super-actinic 8W UV tubes (UV-A) - Highly efficient 8W UV tubes providing intense illumination. The tubes are protected by a special crystal glass, which extends their lifetime and increases safety during use.

Digital timer with countdown function - Integrated digital timer allows precise adjustment of exposure time. The countdown function gives the user better control over the process and minimizes the risk of erroneous exposure times. 

High precision reflective plate for optimal photoresist illumination - The reflective plate, specially designed for maximum efficiency, ensures even light distribution, which is key to achieving high quality final illuminations.

Smooth pressure thanks to 22 mm foam insert in the lid - The lid of the illumination unit is equipped with a 22 mm thick soft foam insert that ensures even pressure on the material during illumination. This eliminates unwanted air gaps and improves the quality of the illumination process.
