TheTorchPaste has been specially developed to minimize paste run-off when used with Ikonart stencils. Torch Paste can be used on wood, denim, cardboard, and other materials to create unique burnt designs.

Place the stencil on the substrate and spread it well to adhere to the surface. Apply a thin layer of Torch Paste and squeeze it through any holes in the mesh. Scrape off the excess paste and return it to the container. Remove the stencil and allow the paste to soak/dry for at least two minutes. Use a powerful heat gun (1000 watts or more recommended). Continuously oscillate the heat gun over the pattern until it begins to look burnt; more heat means a darker burn. After the entire pattern is burned, wipe the surface to remove any residue.
