2. What is the subject of this notice?
This notice explains how we use your personal data: how we process, collect and store it.

Personal data is any information about you that allows you to be identified, such as your name, billing and delivery address, telephone number, email address, also includes identification numbers, IP addresses. The personal information we use is set out in section 5 below.

g) The right to data portability. This means that you can ask us for a copy of your personal data.

5. What personal data do you collect?
We may collect some or all of the following personal information:

6. How do you use my personal data?
According to the GDPR, we can only process your personal data in accordance with legal reasons, namely:
because you have consented to the use of your personal data, your personal data is necessary to process your request or because it is in our legitimate business interests to use it.
Your personal data may be used for one of the following purposes:
- To provide our products or services. Your personal data is required in order for us to enter into a contract with you.
- To communicate with you. This may include responding to emails or telephone calls with you.
- Providing you with information by email (you can unsubscribe at any time by sending an email to realizace@gds.cz).

We do not send any unlawful marketing material or spam. We will always endeavour to fully protect your rights and comply with our obligations under the GDPR .
7. How long will you keep our personal data?
We will retain your personal data for as long as you use our services (i.e. fulfillment of your order). We will not retain personal data for longer than is strictly necessary. And subsequently, on the basis of the consent given by you, for a period of 10 years due to tax legislation, unless this consent to the processing of personal data is withdrawn by you. However, we would like to point out to you that we must process this personal data, which is necessary for the fulfilment of all our obligations, whether these obligations arise from a contract between us or from generally binding legal regulations, regardless of the consent you have given, for the period specified in the relevant legislation or in accordance with it, even after any withdrawal of your consent.
8. Do you share our personal data?
In some cases, a third party may require access to some or all of your personal data that we hold.

If any of your personal data is required by a third party as described above, we will take steps to ensure that your personal data is processed securely, in accordance with your rights, our obligations and the third party's obligations under the law.

If you want to know what personal data we hold about you, you can ask us to provide you with detailed information. All requests for access to personal data should be made in writing and sent to us by email or at our business address. The address can be found in section 10. There is usually no charge for a request for access to personal data. If your request is "manifestly unfounded or excessive" (for example, if you make repeated requests), a fee may be charged to cover our administrative costs. We will respond to your request for detailed information within 1 month of receiving it.
