After firing at temperatures ranging from 500-580 °C, the motif is firmly bonded to the surface, ensuring its high resistance to wear and normal washing .

However, with regular use in dishwashers, gradual degradation of the decoration due to temperature, chemistry and mechanical action must be taken into account.

To ensure optimal results when working with glass decals, it is crucial to follow the correct firing process. We always recommend a test firing. Different types of glass and specific kilns may have slightly different reactions to temperature and firing time. A test firing will help you verify the ideal conditions for your particular project and minimize any failed pieces.

Although glass decals achieve very good durability after proper firing, 100% durability in dishwashers cannot always be guaranteed in industrial conditions or against extreme mechanical damage or strong abrasive cleaners. Resistance may vary depending on the type of glass, the precision of application, the correct firing and the method of aftercare. For maximum durability, gentle hand washing is recommended.
