Glass Sandblasting
Glass Sandblasting
Sandblasting belongs to traditional surface treatment technologies, where the surface is blasted with an abrasive (most often corundum). This produces a matt effect which depends on the chosen grain size. In glass production, sandblasting has been used for decorating, frosting or marking products. In stonemasonry, sandblasting is used for lettering, ornaments and portraits.
