Vacuum metallization

Vacuum metallization
Vacuum metallization (also known as vacuum sputtering or magnetron sputtering) is a method of applying thin layers of metal to a decorated product.
The sputtered layer is so thin that it makes any defects on glass, porcelain, etc., stand out. We therefore recommend that you first apply HGC 4-9 base coat to the product to help unify the substrate.
The steamed layer is also susceptible to damage from external influences. You can protect it with our protective metallic coating, which can either be completely clear or can be tinted to achieve different shades in combination with the steamed layer.
